Hello and welcome to the Celebrant Coaching & Training Academy. I’m Dinah Liversidge (she/her), Founder and Chief Trainer at CCTA. As an experienced celebrant, I am passionate about our wonderful profession, and about training and supporting my fellow celebrants.
I took my first ceremony in 2009, so I know what it takes to create beautiful, bespoke ceremonies. And as a highly experienced trainer and coach I am here to pass this knowledge on to you with my specialist, customisable training programme.
Over the last three years, almost 25% of our students have identified as neurodiverse. I’ve loved working with them to find the right way to support their journey into Celebrancy. If you’re looking for a celebrant trainer who understands that we all learn differently, I’d love to hear from you

Being a successful celebrant is going to be one of the great joys and privileges of your working life. But to be truly remarkable, to deliver a service that is outstanding, you will need to constantly invest in your own training and development. And to thrive and prosper from this profession, you will need to develop an appreciation of your worth and the value you will add to your clients.
That is why the quality of your initial training is so important, and I would love to work with you to ensure you’re the best celebrant you can be.
Ways we can work together
One to One Bespoke Training for New Celebrants
I offer bespoke one-to-one Wedding Celebrant and Funeral Celebrant training programmes for new celebrants. These consist of six one-hour sessions, plus assignments, assessments and my ongoing support over a period of six weeks.
Self-Paced Online Training for Celebrants
My self-paced training courses for wedding & funeral Celebrants deliver the same high quality training, with videos, assessments, and ongoing support, while completing your training at times that suit you.
Professional Development for Celebrants
Once you’ve trained, it’s important to continually invest in your development. I offer regular CPD sessions and workshops for both new and experienced celebrants that cover a wide range of ceremony and business skills.
Coaching for Celebrants
If you’ve been working as a celebrant for a while and it feels like a lot has changed, then this course is for you. We’ll complete a full review of your business, with loads of actionable ideas and a reconnection with your brand values.

Dinah Liversidge
Training people to be remarkable Independent Celebrants. Sharing the chance to work in a career that is rewarding, fulfiling and creative. It’s a role that suits those who are happy to stand next to those in the spotlight, helping them to shine.
Bringing almost three decades of experience to my training and coaching, I love what I do and it shows. I work one-to-one with my students and build relationships with them on trust and credibility.
I’ve won awards for speaking and my training. In 2023 I was runner up in the ‘Outstanding Contribution to Celebrancy’ Award at the Association of Independent Celebrants Awards.
I adore trees, cats, motorcycles, good coffee, conversation and cake.
I’m passionate about equality and inclusion, small business growth and the environment.
I live in a Welsh-long-house, in our three-acre woodland in West Wales with my husband, John.

Let’s talk about Coaching
Everyone is different, so my celebrant coaching sessions can be completely tailored to you and your business needs. If you’d like a supportive, non-judgemental space to talk, share ideas and perhaps try some new ways to support your mindset, I’d love to hear from you.
I work with a limited number of celebrants at any one time to maximise the personal support you receive. Sessions are on Zoom, one-to-one. And they’re recorded so that you can keep a copy to go back to anytime. We’ll have 60 minutes per session.
My current fees are £140 per session, or book a block of three sessions for £380.
If you’re ready to explore the idea of us working together and want to ask me a few questions before you commit, I would be delighted to offer a 20-minute taster session. I’ll answer your questions and we’ll see if we feel like a good fit.
